Below is a summary of the review from a recent inspection trip:

Property & Grounds

Compact and well-kept grounds; very convenient layout.

Wide beach with loungers spaced about 3-5 meters apart.

A small sandy lagoon; main sea entry via pontoon.

Visited in February: there was no red flag, but sometimes when a yellow flag was posted, the pontoon was closed. Guests still managed to swim despite that.

A beach bar offers burgers and snacks.

Dining

Overall, food is tasty but the selection is somewhat limited.

Breakfast: red fish, fresh fruits, a few fresh juices (seem watered down).

Lunch & Dinner: the buffet could have more variety. However, on Premium All-Inclusive, you can visit the à la carte restaurants unlimited times:

Egyptian: worth trying once, but not outstanding.

Indian: seafood available, quite tasty; if you don’t like moderate spice, best to avoid. The ice cream is excellent.

Italian: highly recommended, with a wide range of dishes and tasty white wine.

Seafood: delicious, though the menu is smaller than the Italian’s. The wine here isn’t as good; you can request the wine from the Italian restaurant, and they’ll bring it. You can also dine at the Seafood à la carte for lunch (10:00–16:00).

Bars & Extras

The lobby bar is open 24/7, featuring 5 imported alcoholic beverages.

Weekly, the general manager hosts a VIP guest meeting to gather feedback — these guests receive extra attention.

Foam party on the beach every Thursday at 11:00.

The animation team is present but not overly intense. Evening shows are shared between the two sister hotels (Baron Resort & Palms).

There’s a promenade between the two properties with small shops — fun for a brief stroll.

Rooms

Good condition, though not brand-new.

Some rooms overlook the kitchen/restaurant area — worth noting when booking.

Overall Recommendation

Ideal for a calm, family-oriented vacation, but be aware of details such as potential pontoon closures, select room locations, and somewhat limited buffet choices. The variety of à la carte options on Premium AI is a plus, and the service can be quite attentive, especially if you’re considered a VIP guest.
